Can I reroute my package once it has shipped?
Rerouting orders will depend on the shipping partner you have picked upon placing the order. Once we have a tracking number we will do our best to contact the carrier and reroute. The customer will be responsible for the additional fees.

Most delivery companies will make another attempt to deliver the package, otherwise the package will come back to us. The shipment will have to be done again at the costs of the customer.
